ABOUT US

Mission mindset, enterprise strategy

OUR MISSION

Striving for restoration, encouraging one another, of one mind. 2 Corinthians 13:11

Strategic Global Missions is a Christian humanitarian organization that partners with indigenous ministries to accomplish God’s desire for all the world to know Jesus. Identifying strong leaders, SGM takes a peer role to support local leadership in their call to ministry as they address entrenched problems like poverty, oppression, violence, and, natural disasters. These partnerships help create relevant, impactful, and sustainable solutions.

OUR STORY

Striving for restoration, encouraging one another, of one mind. 2 Corinthians 13:11

After serving cross culturally with short term mission teams for a decade, we became convinced that the most Kingdom minded, effective and sustainable strategy for global evangelism is through partnerships.  Partnerships between indigenous leaders who have received a call and vision from God and who could benefit from resources and friendships from outside fellow laborers.

In 2003 we began our first indigenous partnership in Cuba, and then two years later in Myanmar.  Over the last two decades,  ministry partners  have been established in Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Cuba, Myanmar, Nepal and Pakistan.

In 2010 we started the Salvation to Children Project, sharing books explaining salvation with children living in poverty.  “Mommy, What is Salvation?” has been translated from English into Chinese and Spanish and distributed in China, the U.S., and

Latin and South America.

In 2011, we incorporated to establish Strategic Global Missions, Inc. as the umbrella for these expanding efforts.
